We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) within city limits. At present International Shipping is not available.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your location within the UAE.

  • Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, sales, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free delivery may be offered for orders above a certain amount (as promoted on the website).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery at your provided address. If no one is available to receive the order:

  • A second attempt will be made.

  • If both attempts fail, the order may be returned to us, and re-delivery will require an additional fee.

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. Trendiro is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the package and contents.
